ATMAG's policy is to consistently deliver work that meets or exceeds the quality standards outlined in our Quality Manual. Quality is defined as adhering to the requirements and specifications detailed in the manual across all areas of construction, fabrication, and materials control.

Safety

ATMAG is recognized for its high standards in safety across both construction and maintenance works. At ATMAG, we share a unified belief that safety is of paramount importance. By aligning with client and international safety standards and committing to incorporating safety into design and the working environment, we ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with best safety practices.
ATMAG recognizes that the effectiveness of any accident prevention and safety policy relies on the cooperation of all employees. Management is committed to taking the necessary steps to encourage participation at all levels in preventing injuries and ensuring the proper use of equipment and safety apparel.
The ATMAG Personnel Department has established a comprehensive health and safety procedure. This department holds the responsibility and authority to coordinate and oversee all aspects of safety, health, and welfare for ATMAG employees. It is also their duty to ensure that the safety policy is rigorously implemented at both subsidiary and project levels, ensuring full understanding and adherence among employees in a well-planned manner.

Safety Procedures Include

Accident and Injury Records: Accurate records of accidents and injuries are maintained uniformly throughout ATMAG to measure performance, maintain control, and assess potential hazards.

Annual Operating Plans: Management at all levels formulates annual operating plans that incorporate health and safety objectives, alongside long-term plans aimed at achieving tangible and progressive safety performance across ATMAG.

Training Programs: The department is responsible for preparing and implementing training programs for all employees based on safe working methods and relevant statutory requirements. This ensures that employees possess the necessary information, knowledge, and understanding to fulfill their job responsibilities without endangering themselves, others, equipment, or products.

ATMAG is committed to meeting client requirements and achieving project objectives as a core quality priority. We operate a Total Quality Management (TQM) system that is fully supported by both management and staff. A commitment to quality is expected from all employees, with the "THINK QUALITY" philosophy being encouraged across all aspects of ATMAG's operations.

Recognizing the importance of Quality Assurance in every business area, ATMAG has dedicated itself to establishing an effective Quality Management System. This system is adaptable and can be applied to any project, study, or proposal we undertake. Its primary goal is to ensure that client objectives are met efficiently, minimizing waste, rework, and concessions, thereby creating a cost-effective management system.

To ensure these objectives are consistently met, ATMAG has appointed a Quality Assurance Manager responsible for introducing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System. The Quality Assurance Manager reports directly to the Managing Director on all quality-related matters, ensuring complete independence in overseeing quality standards.
